1. About these terms

2. Quotations and orders

Quotations provided by phone, email, or through the contact form are indicative and subject to material availability and market price movement at the time of order confirmation. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Material specifications

Customers are responsible for confirming grade, tolerance, and certification requirements at the time of enquiry. Where certified test reports are required, this must be stated before order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates based on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis and confirmed in the order acknowledgment. Late payment may result in delayed dispatch of subsequent orders.

6. Returns and claims

Any discrepancy in grade, quantity, or condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting documentation, so it can be investigated.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to supplied material is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
